Welcome to the home of County Golf League, an internet based golfing society that play golf all across Yorkshire, surrounding counties and even further afield. We are a group of average golfers, we like to play lots of courses and at the same time enjoy some great banter.
Our core competitions are based from around March to October each year. Our Summer League includes 6 events and the best 3 order of merit scores collate together to find a champion. We also have every July the CGL Open usually held at Ramsdale Park Golf Club in Nottingham which includes 18 holes on the par 3 course followed by 18 holes on the main course. We also have pairs events, matchplay competitions and fun team away days.
Some of us also venture further and we have enjoyed golfing tours to Scotland and Wales, the golf may not be sparkling but the company certainly is. So if you fancy some golf with like-minded players, apply for a membership, its free!
